Assumption is One of The Base to Destruction

Wow, this is a very heavy topic for me to talk about... Well firstly i admitted that in due course i have assume a lot, and as a result of that... Friendship start to shake and even break. But for the past year, I've been working hard to erase this BAD HABITS and slowly it starts to disappear... So if I ever assume you guys, I APOLOGIZE. That is why now I'm writing this topic because i don't want people to REPEAT my MISTAKE.

Well the reason why i say that assumption is one of the base of destruction in a relationship or friendship, why... Because in most cases i observe is that even close friend tend to assume his/her friend about certain things, and ended up arguing and broken friendship. I mean why is this?? Moreover when someone wants to make acquaintance with you, people around him/her give their opinions about the person. Although it's fair to give opinion of someone BUT for the one who's listening who maybe once or twice meet him/her, is it fair to make a full conclusion of that friend???

Now by making that assumption, in regard you're making an ASS of YOURSELF and not GIVING THE BENEFITS OF THE DOUBT.. In this case its a LOSE-LOSE situation. I lose a friend because of this, a friend that people around me accuse him of being BAD, but the real thing that this person is ACTUALLY a fine person only having social problems... Its a SAD ending to this story and I'm not going to tell what happen next.

So yea.. Never assume what people say about another person you BARLEY KNEW, because you never know that maybe this PERSON would turn out to be your TRUE FRIEND of THE ONE FOR YOU...
